Since I can remember whenever I have an anxiety or panic attack I make myself vomit. I just have a huge need to get rid.of everything inside me. I do struggle with being overweight but I only.vomit.when I get an anxiety, attack. Have no clue what to do.

I feel very sick when I have massive anxiety causing things in my life. It causes me to stop eating however in order to stop the feeling.....if the anxiety causing situation is long......then there is way too much weight loss that happens

As for vomiting when you get an anxiety attack, that isn't unusual & doesn't constitute an ED.....but there are other things that can be taken into consideration & sometimes certain actions can change over into ED's if NOT observant & careful. It sounds like just the normal reaction to anxiety IMO....but only you may know more information surrounding your situation that a T might help you better handle.

Because I have nausea problems with anxiety, I was prescribed the same medication that they prescribe for the nausea of cancer patients.....it does sort of help.

Hey hun,

It's hard to say from what you've said, whether it's an ED or not. Either way it sounds like what you've described is something that you are struggling with and is hard to live with - I'm sorry you're going through this

I'm not sure if you've talked with anyone about this or not, but it might be an idea as they may be able to help support you with it, and think through possible options for treatment/recovery xx
