I'm feeling nauseous at the moment and I really don't know if it's because of a migraine (I have a headache but it's not too bad) or because I overate at lunch and feel guilty...

I don't know what to do as if it's a migraine, I think purging would be ok, it's the only thing that helps, but if it's my ED I shouldn't do it... I'm really lost here...

If it's a migraine, I would advise to wait a while to see if the nauseous feeling goes away or lessens. If it doesn't, and you feel like you are going to throw up but can't naturally (i.e. not forced) then maybe try to make yourself sick. I am stressing the maybe, though. Maybe for the moment you could try to calm your stomach down? Maybe take an indigestion tablet, or tums? If it's your ED, do not purge! Stay strong, and know that I'm here for you. Keep us updated if you can

I've waited for two hours already trying to keep myself busy and not think about it. I've taken some ibuprofen for the headache and it hasn't helped. I'm at a point where I think I would throw up naturally if I allowed myself to, but I'm not sure I should...
I want to do it so badly that I think I'm using the migraine as an excuse to purge... which probably isn't the smartest thing to do...
