today i went and looked up symptoms on the internet of eating disorders i have a hell of alot of them i dont really think i have a problem . like when i look in the mirror i dont see a fat me ..well some times i think im a little fat . im 16 at the start of last year i weight 30 kg i now weigh 45 kg and am about 160 tall.when my nan died i stopped eating properly eating mabye a biscit a day and no dinner.i dont thow up but i just dont eat that much.i have a small frame natually so no one would even know.i usually live on coffee and stop exercising a few months ago ...i dont know ? do i have an an eating disorder ..am i ok?

Hi Bronte and welcome to PC. I cant say if you have an eating disorder or not cos im not a professional but i would say that from the sound of your diet you should probably talk to your doctor about whats going on for you.

It sounds to me like symptoms of depression, which is a normal reaction to death, but getting help is a good idea, esp. when coping with the loss of life.
