I need to lose about 30 pounds.

The problem is food is the ONLY thing I find pleasure in.
This is really shamefull...but it's true.

I wake up thinking about food, go to bed thinking about food, and even dream about it.

The whole day is just me focusing on how to eat healthy and strugling about it. I think I eat even more while trying to diet than when I just eat whatever.

I just started an exercise program. It feels good, but when I'm there I'm thinking about all the calories I've put in and just the few I'm working out. I also feel more hungry and obsesseed with food now that I'm exercising. weird.

How can I take food OFF MY MIND? I want to lose the obsession even more than the pounds.
