I'm not sure wether or not this really belongs here, as I haven't been diagnosed specifically with an eating disorder, my clincal notes merely state that there is an 'issue' regarding food

Basically lately I've been feeling more and more guilty after eating, and I've been hating the way I look more and more. I fear this isn't going to spiral out of control but I'm not really sure how to stop it.

At the moment I just hate myself so much and it's all because of food

with those feelings I could see how it could turn into an eating disorder if not treated. I would discuss it with your therapist so it could become the focus of therapy until you get a grip on it.

You may just have disordered eating rather than an eating disorder. Of course it could easily lead to an eating disorder. I hope you talk to your therapist!
