I HATE HATE HATE eating!!!!

I need to live empty and unchained and free and light and ... Manic I guess. Cuz that's how I feel when I starve myself.

Eating sucks

I am sorry to read what you wrote. You obviously don't want or like to eat but the truth of the matter is you really don't have much choice. Maybe you need to change what you are eating. Try finding things that taste good to you experiment with foods from other countries.

Thanks....My therapist pushes me to eat the things that are hard for me so that's not really an option... And the more familiar the food, the easier it is to shove down my throat.

I'm sorry you feel this way.

I had an eating disorder in university.

I guess it was a manifestation of trying to control things that I couldn't control.

On a slightly different note, when I'm manic I have 0% appetite and 100% energy. It's not self inflicted though.
