There are as many different early warning signs as there are people who have ED's......& each ED is different on it's own.....I don't think you can really define an early warning sign.......but in my own personal situation.....
Are you talking about in the beginnings of one's life.....or at the time just before relapse happens? Maybe you could word your question in a bit more specific way  of what you are really looking for.They are doing a study at one of the Universities to determine if there is a DNA tie to anorexia but it doesn't determine that you will actually end up with it....just says that you have propensity to get it.....but life situations & other things push one to actually take the illness as theirs.
