I have never had that happen. I hope that others in this forum can answer your question and give you an idea how to stop it.

Usually panic attacks come from some previous memory of something horrible happening or thinking that something horrible will happen while you are eating. Chain analysis can sometimes take you back to what is causing the panic attack.....as it's usually NOT what you are having the panic attack at this time about.

I realise this is a month old but...
I get panic attacks when I feel full up. I hate feeling full. I've started to associate many foods as triggers for panic, because I initially thought I had a food intolerance to some things, but none of it makes sense so what I think I experience is that some foods make me feel fuller or bloated than others and so I reject them in the form of panic, which in turn makes me fear them therefore if I had them and didn't feel full I'd still panic.
Eating in general does make me very anxious for a few reasons, so obviously this doesn't help.
