I got a cold just after the 1st of the year, then ended up having to go out in the really cold weather this week & it went from cold into flu....or at least that's what it feels like....only mild.

However it triggered a migraine & this whole week, eating has not been something my body even is interested in doing. I ate a little oriental vegie roll & love the sauce but it left me feeling sick........great, I scheduled my oral surgery to have all my teeth pulled for this coming Friday but there is no way my body will be ready to go through that trauma right after going through this flu. Think the cough doesn't help with the weight loss either.

What a crappy to start out the year. I hadn't gained much over the Christmas holiday so I don't have any extra much to loose.......feeling like crap doesn't help with trying to force oneself to eat either......soup, soup, soup.....that's the best....living on soup now.

Speaking as a dental health professional you need to be eating. At least drinking ensure to heal properly and in a timely manner.
