I definitely just discovered another food that makes my empty tummy not happy at all: peanut butter. i only ate maybe 4 tbsp but i feel so horrible right now. It's like a 50 lb weight in my stomach making me feel oh so sick. I think i'm falling into denial here because my "binges" only take me up to around 1000 calories and lately i've been eating 500 or less but still feeling like it's way too much. Walking makes me feel great while i'm out but once i come home the pain sets in..ick.

I had a minor crisis at school, test anxiety. I'm used to feeling it in the past but now it's amplified by a million and occurs with every test whereas before it was only those of utmost importance. my god i'm falling deeper, where is the bottom? When can ifall no further?!
