So my boyfriend thinks I should tell them about my eating habits when I'm gonna see my therapist for the first time March, 23rd. My eating habits have changed a lot in the past few months. I've eaten way less, skipped meals, fasted and I stopped eating meat. All I can think about is my body, my weight, calories and so on. I just hate my body so much. I am just sooooo fat ugh. I was fasting for 70 hours and I was gonna do more but I couldn't. I broke my fast with a small b/p and that was the first time I managed to purge. I've tried to many times before but couldn't. Now I managed to and it just felt so good

yes, i think you do need help and your boyfriends concern for you is well placed in wanting you to discuss your eating habits when you go for your appointment. please dont let it get out of hand. my sister died last year as a result. i would hate for that to happen to you.

This sounds a lot like how my eating disorder was last Winter, and by Spring, I was so bad I was nearly admitted to an inpatient treatment center. Definitely worth mentioning to your therapist.

that should probably be first on you agenda of talking to your therapist, i had asister who purged as a teenager, she lost all her teeth because of it, i guess acid forms in the mouth after you purge. i hope you have success with a t and doc, they really do help, i've found out.

You really have nothing to lose. I'm assuming by now it's starting to effect your life.

Hello hunny. Yup, straight to the point, there's obviously a problem/problems somewhere but its oh so easy for me to understand. I've been suffering different ED's for the last 30 years. I was hospitalised a number of times for anorexia and depression, then again with bad effects from Bulimia. I feel that if this was addreesed years ago, it might not have done the damage it has done now. I coulsn't have kids and have oestoprosis ~ all due to ED's. So, honesly love, be careful. You are most WELCOME to message me whenever you'd like, being ''older'' there's nothing you can say will shock me!!!

So how did it go? Did you talk to your therapist about it?
