I feel so stupid.
Yesterday I ate more than I wanted to, so I took a laxative. I'm retarded. I feel like crying. I wish I could just like myself.

You are not stupid, you are just in a tough place and need a little help, help that you can get from people who care, like us or professionals.
I understand where you're coming from, honestly. Like sometimes i wish i could be watching my own life-movie and see myself like everyone else does, see myself as real. i wish you the best, try not to be too hard on yourself. today is tomorrow's yesterday and tomorrow is another day...

just tell yourself so you messed up but tomorrow is another day and you can start over. it does not even need to be tomorrow to start over you can start again any time x

Shoot, sister friend, I ate way to much the past two days. I cant stop eating lately. Its part of the whole starving then like eating everything and then starving, its cool tho. Anyways, IT HAPPENS. You aren't stupid for eating, thats like saying your stupid for breathing.

I was more mad about what I did to compensate for eating I guess.
Yeah, the reason you go on big binges after not eating is because that is your bodies natural reaction to starvation...
