ive never been "officially" diagnosed with anorexia but ive been struggling for a while with my weight. the "yo-yo" diet: going up and down BMI ranges.

in currently 19.1 but steadily dropping again. the worst ive been was around 13 and it was so hard to get back where i am now, and to have it slowly (but steadily) ripped away from you just throws all that effort into %#@&#!..i shouldve died last time so i wouldnt have to go through all this again.

Gabriel I'm sorry you are struggling...

"officially" does that mean you have seen someone professional and they didn't dx or you haven't seen someone?

If it is the later - probably a good time to really think about taking that step...

Maybe its time to see a therapist or pdoc about this. You are worth the fight. I know it is difficult—and yeah, it sucks that you are going through it again, but don’t give up. What helped you get better the last time? Maybe you can stop this before it gets worse. Hang in there.
