I always have struggled with my weight/metabolism... A while ago, I was at my lowest, I had ednos/ Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified, and gained more weight from bingeing and purging... I still today struggle a lot. But as of a week ago, I started a new diet (healthy) and became a vegetarian! ps. any vegetarians that have advice, I would loooove to get some advice from you.. Thank for reading, if you have ant advice please do tell

not a vege, just wanted to wish you luck and say make sure to get your protein. i am trying to eat healthier and seeing a nutritionist. i have low metabolism and binge at night. my problem is that i dont eat all day. we are working to solve this with a 30 mg protein shake in the morning then a 20 mg protein bar during the day and a veggie laden dinner. good luck

Protein shakes! Ensure or boost. I'm not vegan but that would be my best advice.
