I work with food and I have been working on exercising complete control while on the clock. I have access to free food so it can be challenging.
My Monday goals are as follows: 1. No cookies 2. No chips I fool myself sometimes because they're such "small" (snack), but that 10 minutes of munching is definitely not worth those 300 calories! Your turn, ![]() |

I'm not working now but back when I would, it was hard! Even working at a drs office with drug reps always bringing in good food, I would lose control and binge/purge. Opening doors as a hostess, I'd eat all the mints. I had no control and I gained weight. Yes I gained weight from freaking mints! So bravo to you for hanging in there! Keep it up
