Hey guys,
Is thinspo or fitspo ever ok? I just need some motivation to keep dieting sometimes.
It helps me. Is it really that bad even if you’re not underweight?

What do you mean? Is it bad to post here or to like looking at it?

It depends on why you use it. People who use pics of people to motivate them to stick with a healthy gym and diet regime wouldn't think there's an issue. Like looking through a magazine of fitness models might make a healthy person but a salad for lunch and not cancel their Zumba class. But there might be an issue for people who use it to feed their mental disorder. So I would think that even if it makes an eating disordered person feel better, it's probably not actually doing their mental illness any good.
