For the second time in about 12 years I am undereating. Yesterday I had two bowls of cereal and today I had 5 dim sims and 600 ml of coca cola.

I am a middle aged male, and I think I am doing this out of depression.

Hello Illegal Toilet: I don't know if I under eat... But I certainly don't overeat either. I'm well beyond middle age at this point. I believe I am at, or below, the low end of the normal BMI range for my gender & height. I think if I tried I could probably become REALLY thin! But I'm avoiding going there...

If it's troubling you I'd suggest the medical mj if it is available where you are. Could help with both depression and your eating issue. When I undereat it is very intentional, sounds like you just don't care to be bothered to eat due to depression?

Yes most of the time I have this overeating problem as well. I'm still overweight.

Sounds like depression. I know for me it was a combination of stress, depression & a med that triggered lack of appetite that started my first real anorexia battle. Then once I started to loose that became addictive even though I don't have an addictive personality. It just always felt GOOD to loose weight until I lost so much I kept passing out (not such a good feeling) even though I like the thin look even better than the healthy thin look....but I need to be healthy living alone so even if I only eat one meal a day I try to make it healthy.
