I was going to post this yesterday but I had so much going on in my life. This is a song that I tend to live by. It tells my inner struggles with my ED and it shows that others are out there and that there is hope even though at times I don't see it. It has given me hope to be able to continue fighting this. It has also helped me to be able to give this song to friends and the people around me to help them be able to understand what is going through my mind. This song is titled "Courage" and it is written by "Superchick"

I hope it helps someone else out there. I have been up and down lately and have been spending a lot of time really listening to this song. I have another one that I will post at a later date.

That is probably my favorite line of the whole song, just the way she sings it and everything. Sometimes I just listen to it over and over.
