I think this is the right place to post this, I hope it is.

Recently, I have been having trouble with eating. I used to be able to eat like every other child did, but now my eating habits are strange. I have no desire to eat breakfast. I do eat it, but it is more of a chore than anything else. I feel the need to eat constantly throughout the day, or I'll feel like I might starve to death. I'm angery and short tempered when I'm hungry, people tend to avoid me because of that. Dinner is when I either feel like I could eat all the food in the world, or eat no food at all. Also, I'm almost never thirsty. I barely drink 3 glasses of water a day, and it's scaring me. I often forget that I need to drink, and I'll go entire days only drinking half a glass of water. I don't feel dehydrated, but I have to be! You can't survive on that little water! Anyways, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Well, first of all, LysthieaMoons, you might consider having yourself checked out medically just to make sure everything's okay that way. Chances are it is... but you never know... This could be a stress-related thing... particularly in light of the difficulties you're having with sleep. It sounds to me as though perhaps you may be struggling with some pent-up anxiety / stress. Anxiety can produce all sorts of symptomatology including messing with your eating habits & sleep.

As far as your water drinking habits go, or non-drinking in this case, maybe you just need to establish a routine whereby you drink a certain amount of water at set times during each day. If you have a smart phone, is it possible to set it so that it reminds you it's time to drink some water?

Beyond this, what may be necessary is for you to seek the services of a therapist, or possibly even an eating disorders program, to help you figure out what's going on & what you can do about it. I wish you well...
Thanks for this!
