Hello
I have never posted here nor have I ever posted anything about my eating problems. At the age of 11 I was first taught how to be bulimic and anorexia followed shortly after. Several times I almost lost my life, ruined y teeth, messed up my heart ...
When I found out I was pregnant they told me that I would lose the baby if I didn't eat or continued to do what I was doing so gradually I seemed to get better and had 2 beautiful girls. I did have problems between the two pregnancy's with eating too little but didn't get too low.
I have had mental health issues since I was a little child and after my second daughter my ptsd was really bad and I ended up in the hospital several times and was like a guinea pig, they tried this med and that med and all combinations. I started to gain weight and was told that the meds can cause that. It has been several years and I over eat and think its a problem.
Well I know its a problem especially know that popcorn, this is very embarrassing, I can go days and that's all I eat. Several bowls a day & night. I am also addicted to sweets and over eat them if they are in the house. I sneak them or get yelled at by the kids or my husband about how much I have eaten. This is so embarrassing. I know sweets are a problem for a lot of people, but does anyone go through different addictions like one period it was green beans and that was all I would eat, cans a day, then watermelon, pudding, cantaloupe, my family could give a better list, especially my kids but now it is popcorn Is there anyone like me? Thank you for reading

Welcome to PC Humors1 - I just wanted to say hi. I personally don't have problems with food but I'm sure you're not alone. There's an eating disorder forum and I hope you like it here. Do you have a therapist?

wow - youre certainly a survivor and obviously have got lots of strengths to come through like that.
And you have no need to feel embarrassed here! There will be lots of people who can relate to what you are experiencing,
I hope you find lots of support to help you find your way to good health, step by step.

Best Wishes,
