Its a weakness of mine, to eat everything in sight after eating very little the previous days. I literally eat until I feel sick, and I keep eating. Then I feel bad and exercise it off. Am I the only one who binge eats without throwing it up?

Binge eating is such vicious punishment. I have used exercise to purge when the other method wasn't available.

If someone filmed me binge eating(i purge) it would look like i was never going to see food again. I literally shove food in my mouth gulping down, barely remember tasting it. I am disgusting.

I binge sometimes with no working out or purging. I get too depressed to move.

I used to binge and then exercise. Then I just restricted and no exercise. Then for awhile I just binged and didn't restrict or exercise. Then it was back to binging and exercising. Then just binging all day, no exercise. Then I started restricting and exercising. Then most recently a 10 day binge with no exercise. Now I am trying to eat 3 regular meals and 2 snacks throughout the day and take some time off of exercise. I do still get the urge to binge, but its only been 2 days. I'm really hoping getting rid of the restriction and excessive exercise will help me get rid of this stupid ED. I have never thrown up or used laxatives, so you're definitely not the only one who binges w/o throwing up.

I have been a binge eater on and off throughout most of my adult life. My son wants to learn what a healthy diet is and how to prepare foods so I am motivated to help him learn which will in turn help me. Today I asked him whether he would prefer ice cream sandwiches or ice cream sundae cones with our next Schwans delivery and he said, none this time, so I'll be buying healthier, easy prep food this time.

My sister made a delicious pineapple cake a few weeks ago and I ate a piece, then another, then another until we (mostly me) had eaten it all. I was going to ask her to make it again but if the whole cake is there I will eat until it is gone.

We are making small steps now. Usually when we order a pizza we order two because they discount the second pizza 50%. Last night we ordered just the one large pizza and we ate it all within a few hours.

I think I learned some bad eating habits from my family. When we were on a road trip with mom and my sisters we stopped at a Wendys so I could use the restroom. My mom got a Jr bacon cheeseburger and she remarked that she didn't order it because of hunger but she got it because she liked the taste of it. Not a healthy eating habit at all.
