I do not binge eat really.

A good technique is planning good meals a day before. Make a healthy smoothie for breakfast (banana/oatmeal/peanut butter / coconut milk) and refrigerate it.

If you go to work. prepare a meal the night before and pack it. Make sure it is minimum 500 calories of lean protein then at night, make sure you eat another healthy meal which is around 600 calories. (I usually make big salads for evenings with part protein).

So plan your groceries too and do not buy anything that you really like. Those should be treats for special occasions.

Hope this helps!

Yea stay away from the junk. When I'm in the store I don't even glance at it anymore and I avoid the snack and soda isle at all costs. It's hard when my bf buys king sized candy bars and crap. That's very hard actually and I have broken down and binged/purged on it. He knows now to hide it from me!
