So for awhile now I've been getting an intense urge and sometimes even folowing through with starving myself, but it only happens for a few days every month. After those few days I don't really feel that urge. I always thought maybe it's not a big deal/not worth bothering psych about but I'm not sure. I don't even know if this would be classifyed as an eating disorder, not that it matters I guess. Anyways is this even worth bringing up? Thanks :0)

I would say it's worth bringing it up. That's what our therapists are their for. It wouldn't hurt at all to talk about it.

Bringing up my stuff was the best thing I could've done for myself. It's out in the open now and easier to deal with.

Bringing it up to talk about why might give some insight into the cause only certain days of the month then not others. May give you a better understanding of yourself.

As for whether it's an ED, it is more considered "disordered eating"...but many times ED's develop OUT OF "disordered eating" habbits so it is best to talk about it now

I'd discuss it with my therapist if I were you. They'll find it interesting I'm sure.
