Having struggled with anorexia and bulimia myself, I can understand your anxiety. Could you accept that this is an important part of your recovery and that your nutritionist and therapist care for you and have your best interests at heart? Could you talk to your therapist about this or journal about it? (((((Hugs)))))

I hope you won't cancel your appointments.
Please ask about your weighing in options. You will often have choice. Choices will have pluses and minuses that can be discussed.

Please dont opt for living a dysfunctional life when a real life can be available if you work at it with the help yiu are gettibg rihjt now. Dont THROW IT AWAY because you are throwing life away too.

Dont be satisfied with this dysfunction you want to chose over a healthy & functional life
