So, the other day I mentioned to my therapist that I have been having lots of serious thoughts about my eating disorder. and I have been actually acting alot of them out. I think that I might need treatment for these problems. But how do I let her know that, while also letting her know that Im not really willing to go to treatment? If you know what I mean. Its like, one part of me knows that I need treatment. But the other half of me keeps saying NO, and that Im toally fine! What do I do? How do I tell her?

You could start by listening to some of her responses to what you say and "agreeing" with them when they indicate an awareness by her of your conflict of needing help but not wanting it yet.

Do a bit of discussing of your feeling of conflict rather than either "end" of it.
