I got some raw broccoli & cauliflower today. My favorite. Also some beautiful, super large tomatoes 🍅🍅

going through a phase of not really caring about my main meals. I'll eat them, but I don't get any satisfaction from them. only time I get satisfaction is when I find the snacks

I was in too much pain to eat yesterday evening.

which was a bad thing, because my main meal of roast chicken didn't fill me up

so today I am very hungry

but still in pain, so probably won't eat too much

I had a big meal yesterday

pizza with dough balls

it was the first time I've felt full in a long, long time so that is good- and braught a smile to my face

I worry when I don't eat enough, especially with my past experiences of being hospitalised for starvation

and I'm not sure yet what's for dinner, but this is good!

I've just not been hungry for much else lately. Plus it's convenient.

I had too much candy tonight. I'm afraid the sugar will make it hard to sleep. I guess I need to try to do better next time. I feel so irresponsible.

I couldn't have any fruit today as I didn't have any in the house

so: marmite on toast for breakfast, a few cookies in the day, and mcdonalds for dinner

Rough morning so bought a frozen pizza-- not a good thing-- but only ate a small portion of it for lunch, so kind of a good thing.

I am so much worse in the evenings, I swear

yesterday I had scampi (which is gross in itself, but had it) some naan bread, 2 chocolate bars, 2 full bags of jelly beans and cookies

and that's compared to a bowl of fruit in the morning

yeah.. think I am starting to notice evenings are worse

I just finished my dinner.

again, not that satisfying. I swear I am going off meals. I had hotdogs today, usually love hotdogs

or maybe it's just my longing for the snacks afterwards

I really don't know
