I've been eating a lot of carbs lately. I have real bad cravings in the middle of the night. Last night I had pancakes.

I ate late last night. I had a couple of eggbites. But I haven't wanted carbs this morning. Maybe I need to add more protein to my diet.

I haven’t felt like eating all day. I didn’t do breakfast the way I was told. I just had peanut butter. Lunch was fine. I got coffee after. I need to eat 2 packages of oatmeal for dinner just to make people happy. There is nothing I want to eat but the oatmeal is the least vile thing right now that I can think of. I know I’m under my calorie goal, probably by a lot but whatever. I’m going shopping in the morning for a few safe foods.

I had my late-night snack last night. I just had 2 slices of cheese. I guess the protein helped. I'm not hungry and I don't want carbs. I'm thinking of having two boiled eggs for breakfast. I think I am doing well. During the day I am fine. My only trouble area is something really sweet. I don't normally buy sweet stuff, but I had a smoothie yesterday. It was so sweet that I had another one. I can't buy that smoothie mix anymore. I just have to use plain fruit.

The only things I’ve been consistently eating lately are peanut butter, noodles from soup, and scrambled eggs. I had been eating oatmeal and bananas and crackers but then they started grossing me out. I had a couple soft pretzels in the last few days which were ok. At this point I don’t care if I only eat 3-4 kinds of food as long as I’m eating. This girl I saw on the news was autistic and only eats spaghettios with meatballs and they were having trouble finding them during the pandemic.
Basically if I eat the same things everyday the main thing is to make sure I have a good supply on hand at all time. I doubt my therapist cares what I’m eating as long as I do actually eat. She understands sensory issues regarding food. __________________ I'm Blue |

I ate different stuff today. I still didn’t eat great but my stomach wasn’t hurting so I was able to eat new things and not have an issue. I had a weight watchers TV dinner at 10:30 and then I ate a little bag of chips and a European chocolate bar at 1:30. I know that wasn’t a good lunch but it made my anxiety so much better. Dinner was a hard boiled egg and a cup of steamed vegetables. I did have a couple unhealthy drinks today which were 500 calories total. So yeah I ate pretty badly today but I didn’t feel sick so I think that’s an improvement.

Lately I’ve been reading a book about someone who inherits a house with a housekeeper who cooks her meals as well as cleans, and it’s made me very hungry and wish that I had my own private chef. Tomorrow I’m picking groceries curb side and hope I get all of the foods I ordered online, occasionally there are a few items missing, but it’s so convenient to pick groceries up, it’s worth it.

I did some stress eating yesterday. I ordered a sandwich with bread cause it's comfort food. But the bread is not really on my eating list. I'm trying to relax about it. Last night I ate a lot of snacks like cheese and nuts and Mac'n cheese. I use food to help me feel better. I know there are better things to do. It's just hard.

I surprised myself yesterday by eating my mcdonalds (all of it) without getting a stomach ache.
I say surprised because I spent most of the day eating salt and vinnegar crisps and I didn't think I had the room |

I wanted to stress eat some noodles yesterday. But I told myself not to do it. I had 2 slices of cheese instead. Not great. But better. I will allow myself the noodles for breakfast. It's a new day. And I've been good most of the morning.

I did not too well today.
ate an entire 6 pack of mint aero chocolate bars, plus my main meal, plus 4 (4) yogourts I don't feel as full as I did last night, but I still think it's pretty accessive |
