im so damn sick of working so hard to lose weight, and then blow all my hard work in a binge. i just cant stop eating. =[

try thi...eat "little meals" a bunch of them. i mean eat like three or four baby carrots or 2 sticks of celery. east little healthy things but eat them all day. this can include nuts, beans anything healty. this way u are constantly burning fat. did u ever consider that u kight be hypoglycemic? i am. look it up.

The average craving lasts around 20 minutes.
Maybe when you feel the urge to binge creeping up on you, go for a short walk, read a book, drink a glass of water, make a phone call,....until the urge has gone. That way you are getting things done, improving your life, as well as keeping yourself healthy.

I just did the same thing. I feel like all my hard work went down the drain.
