I just spent the last 2 hours sitting on this computer and watching youtube videos on anorexia. Why? What compelled me to do that. I'm most definitely not trying to trigger myself, although I believe that's what I have done. I know I'm not the only one that does this...why does it intrigue us so?

You answered it yourself...It's an urge and a trigger...others suffering with the same disease, yet, cannot stop watching, reading, looking, at anything and everything that reminds you of the ultimate goal. Unfortunately, that ultimate goal is also the one that can kill us. You have to fight the urges!
