I've had an insane craving for them but my therapist told me to watch it because it can become an eating disorder issue.

Twizzlers? Why?

I'm a huge fan of Twizzlers, both the red and black ones...
As a rule, if my body is craving something intensely, I'll let myself have it. There might be something in it that my body needs. Sometimes it's healthy stuff like turnip greens or other veggies... Other times it's what would be considered junk. Sweets are definitely a weakness for me, so I generally don't keep them around the house. But, by God, if I'm craving something in particular, I'm gonna have it... Regardless of what the "professionals" say! ![]() |
