Does that equate to running around with boundless energy like a chicken with its head cut off sleeping like three out of the past 10 or 13 days or something dumb like that (and never more than a 6 hours straight), that boundless energy hog tying you and saying “noooo, you can’t sit still!!! Bed is dead!!! If YOU SIT STILL YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE DEAD!” or is this just mania at this point?

Seriously don't know what to do now. I stretched, I had the tea, I ate the fruit, I self-harmed, in between I tried various DBT skills to no avail (TIPP, self-soothe using 5 senses, ACCEPTS) now I want to see if I can make it to my mom's before she leaves for work. It's not 4am yet, she leaves at like 6:30 usually, it's...a couple miles more than a couple miles more than a few miles more than some miles... I'm just so FKING AGITATED I CAN'T SIT!!!!~!!!!

Yes, I think mania. Definitely malnutrition doesn't help sleep, but if you are also buzzing around with malnutrition, I'd say you've got a double combo there of things that don't help sleep. I know I had so much trouble sleeping with the ED. I didn't have boundless energy though, I was exhausted but my brain wouldn't shut up.

Though to be honest I have had sleep problems since way before the ED. I only sleep decently now thanks to psych meds and melatonin.
