i think i give up. this forcing myself to eat 3 times a day...even just a piece of toast...aint working. grrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... .............................. my stomach always hurts too much afterward...ergghhh!!! and man do i feel nauseous....ugh! grrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... .............................. food and my tummy just don't like each other end of.... grrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... ..............................

i know muffy i just don't feel like my tummy will atm...serves me right huh...i'm old enuff to know better...but thanx for your support ((muffy)) ...it means a lot! grrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... ..............................

This might sound silly but do you think protein shakes would work well for you? You can take in some nutrience. I might be helpful. good luck to you.

Hi grrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... ..............................

Protien shakes isn't a silly idea, it's a good way to get in what the body needs without tummyache. that way solid food intake can be built up gradualy but the body still gets what it needs. and as i drink a lot of spring water and coffee, i know taking liquids isn't a problem. thanks for the idea. grrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... ..............................

grrrrrrrr.....it took me 90 minutes to eat one slice of this morning...paid for by 4 hours of gut-ache...yep protein shakes definitely needed....grrrrrrr grrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... ..............................
