I think that depends on the individual freewill, plus how much support you have from family, friends etc. How long do you think it takes to recover???

A major factor is determination. Along with that is willingness and desire to recover. So it depends. But it certainly doesn't happen over night.

I've been trying to recover for 4 years. :-(
But everyone is different.
