I am totally new to this. but today i binged around 2000 calories at once, which is happening more frequently lately, and i felt i needed some help... i am only 105 pounds and it really hurts (physically) when I consume so much at once. I usually binge when I am stressed/depressed or sometimes when I am just craving for something but end up bingeing to punish myself for indulging in the first place....... and then i have to spend rest of the day working it off. i dont find the process enjoyable at all (not after the first few bites) but i couldn't stop. i dont know if that makes any sense. i am not sure if i am a binge eater or compulsive overeater either... i am so confused i am too ashamed to find help. are there any online programs/treatments????? new member - where can i online ED treatments?

Hi (((((((gingersnap))))))))) welcome to PC. Sorry you haven't had a response up until this point.

I did some web searching for you, but I don't think there are any sites that specifically can help with curing an ED. There is online counselling though, if you search on Google in your local area. However, best bet would be to try and find help in person. Good luck, and take care.
