I can't eat.
I'm so hungry.
If I eat, I'll binge.

(((((((Labyssum)))))))))

Can you try for something small as freewill suggested? Maybe chicken broth or something that can help fill you up and won't trigger the want to binge? Be safe.

I understand too, I'm going through that at the moment..

As everybody else has said, drink something or eat something like soup to fill you up.. and it's not all that much really, is it? I know exactly how you feel though..

Hope you feel better soon

hugs

If you find it in you to try to eat something, read your labels. Make sure you've got as much protein as you do carbs, and just a little bit of fat to help your body break down those carbs. that way later after youve digested you wont feel immensly hungry and binge (thats what too much carbs will do)

Hang in there..I'm right there with you, and i wish you the best.
