Hi all.

I have been suffering from Anorexia Nervosa for 7 years, and I am going out of my mind.

Recently I have been bingeing and purging, which is out of character for me, and I have gained a significant amount of weight (15 lbs) from this.

I can't stop, I don't know what to do.

Anyone out there, any suggestions to help with this?

Much love and respect.

Engel

Are you seeking any sort of help for this (professionally)?

Has anything triggered this change of behaviour?
