so i started seeing a T. She doesnt really do much other than listen. But, i like her.

Went to Cali on vaca with a friend.. we stayed with her aunt for the week. My friend is slightly ana, and has admitted to me she eats the same amount as her 4 year old sister. But, spending the week with her helped me learn some self control and stopped me from bingeing, becase i wasn't ever alone.

Needless to say, i've been getting better about not b/ping, and felt happier. And Thinner! I went from 129.5 to 124.5 in the past 2 weeks. I feel SO much better about myself. im actually getting dressed in more than sweats again. i think i've found myself all over again.

Just wanted to post something uplifting, and promise that one week of (Not perfect) but treating my body better has helped me immensly. The purging hasn't stopped but it has slowed.. 6 times in the past 2 weeks as opposed to 2x a day.

Stay Strong everyone. and thanks for the support.
