For those who don't know me, I'm new and a relapsing eatting disorder human. My hubby put something on a post-it for me and stuck it for me in my two worst places...where i binge and where I purge. Maybe since it works for me, maybe it will bring some luck for some of you:

(# of days you take a vacation from recovery) X (1,000,000) = the actual amount of time its gonna take you to get back on your horse. I love you!
Love,
Your Body XOXOXO

Uhh, Are you saying that it takes 2 times 1 million and then the answer is how long it takes to get back into recovery???

By that calculation I will be long dead before I can get back on the horse!

That seems very discouraging to me - especially since I've been in relapse on my overeating disorder for 2 years!

Guess that means there's no hope for me......

Hope that is wrong, cos I need to get back into recovery. =(
