So i had breakfast, lunch, and dinner today. Yeah i did well...
i just don't know if can do it again tomorrow
It's harder than i thought it would be.

Congratulations! You are taking a a step in the right direction. Tommorow doesn't matter right now. You made it through today in a healthy manner.

Tommorow will come, and you may not be as succesful as you were today, but eat what meals you can. If three is just too much, have two and a snack. And most of all, remind yourself that you are beautiful and special and deserve to be taken care of and you deserve to eat. You may not believe it, but I find it helps to be positive with yourself.

You did do well, don't downplay that.

Well, know you know how hard it's gonna be. Is it any less worthwhile?

Just keep on trying your best, and keep the goal of recovery in mind.
