![]() Im still.. struggling with those old habits.. and.. yes, its hard, very hard.. but im not dead... i thought that by now i would.. my family was so concern, but they didnt kicked me out of home.. of course they hospitalized me.. but that was necesary i guess... I only have to ask one thing: ..some tips to... hang.. you know.. to avoid thinking of food.. to take care of something else.. to.. do something different... just to.. Bring some new healthy habits!! .. they dont let me smoke... so,... i really need some.. thanks again!!!! _marcelodlanod_ ![]() |

good question! i am in the same boat... i have NO hobbies at all
but say you are getting frustrated... why don't you go to a driving range and hit some golf balls... picture the balls as food you are craving or bad things in your life, and hit them with all your strength and power. Make those balls and problems soar far far away from you! plus you'll be getting some fresh air which is always great ![]() good luck |
