I wish I had a good answer for you. I just want to say NEVER GIVE UP. You may take 1 step forward and 2 steps back (or 10), but don't give up the fight. It is a process and it will take time, but you will ultimately beat it. It sounds like you have a great strength and a strong desire to recover. Hold onto these things. Keep reaching out for support, here and IRL. best wishes, ktgirl ![]() |

Hi Mary,
I understand how you feel about feeling you're back to your old habits and you know what is right and wrong. I know eating disorders are usually associated with younger people, but I am 39 and still dealing with the issue. It gets better sometimes but other times it seems to take over you again, like it is for me now. I just want you to know that I understand and if there is anything I can do please let me know, even if it's just to vent. ![]() |
