If anyone can spare a minute I need some help to not go to the kitchen and eat. I'm crying and thank God the dog is sleeping on me because if not I would be up eating. God I don't want to have this problem. At least when I was anorexic I never cried because of it. I just want to eat. But I'm not hungry, I'm sad and lonely and screaming inside.

I'm sorry I wasn't around to encourage you last night. Can you come up with a list of alternative things to do when these situations come up? Like write in a journal, take a bubble bath, read a good book, knit or sew, play solitaire, color or paint, I know how hard it can be to resist the temptation once it's planted in your mind....... But I really liked what you said here: This is a great positive attitude which tells me that eventually you will reach your goals because you're not giving up, and that's all it takes. ![]() ![]() ktgirl |
