I haven't eaten for a few days now. I'm completely ashamed but I just...can't bring myself to do it.

Yesterday some family came over for a "Thanksgiving" (not used to that in the UK) and I didn't even eat anything that was brought. Some family ignored it while others continued to lecture me on how I need to eat.

They just don't understand; I hate holidays

Holidays frequently suck, especially for triggers and stress.

Do you have a therapist, or someone to talk to? I'm not one to lecture, but at least try to eat something - it's not always easy, but it's at least sometimes useful.

what helps is to like push your food around in the plate, drink lots of water, and if you eat the food, chew it alot so then you dont consume that many cal,. always helped me!
