Honey, how about some soup, do you think you could eat some soup? Could you try to do that?

....do you have any safe foods? I'm going through the same thing right now...

Only thing I'm comfortable with is the occasional nibble on my "safe" foods (apples, fat free yogurt..) nothing very substantial, but at least something....

Hi Ginniesky! Huge hugs to you - haven't heard from you in a while.

Can you get Jenn to eat something? Or have you talked to T recently and does she know how hard it is for you right now?

What about eating something small, like some fruit? Or a favourite food?

Be safe, talk to me okay? I'm here to help.

Try something not very fulling but still is food or drink. Like crackers or tea, both are extremly helpful.
