Hi to all of you!!!

I promised many of you that I would post these things. Some of them we have talked about in chats others are things I will be bringing up in chats to come. I have more then what I have posted today, but I don't want to over do it at once so I will continue to post things.

For those who have been here a while, I pulled up the posts so others can see them and also if anyone has new ideas for them to be able to post them;
Grounding Methods
Coping Bank
Personal Responsibility Checklist

Today I added:
Cultivate Relationships
Relaxation
Body Image Work
Change your mind
Challenge Cultural Influences
Identify Goals
Be Gentle with your pain
Journal Ideas

I hope that some of these can help the people that are here. I do care about all of you and feel free to PM me anytime or talk to me in chat.

Please feel free to add your own ideas to any of the posts I have made.
We can all learn from each other.

Doll
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
