I'm a 13-year-old boy and I want to be fit so bad.

I have started by doing daily warm-ups (which I forget) and eating right (although rarely gets tempted to eat the fast/junk foods). I'm also trying to run but at the moment I'm pretty low in distance , maybe around 300m-500m if I jog but walking is a breeze so I guess I have to start that. I also get strength by doing push-ups but still I could only do 3-5 streak lol!

Here is my goals to fitness atm:
*Eat entirely healthy (no fast/junk/friend/highsugar/highsalt foods)
*Jog/walk alternately 1 km every morning
*Do daily warm-ups and stretching
*Less screen time (0-1 hr every day)
*Do dancing
*Increase push-up count

Why I'm doing this?
*For a healthier body
*Higher energy
*To be physically fit

Although I don't know what I'm going to post next , oh oh... well let's focus on the present. Anyway , I'm going to jog and stretch! Adios !

I'm entirely getting less exercise today. I have no time in exercise or maybe my energy is pretty low so I don't think I could do this effectively. School eats my whole morning and up to 5 PM which is when I got home I get tired mentally and physically. I really need to find time for this , everyday. I'm planning to be awake in morning to do this so I hope this'll be well!

I watched TV this Saturday but got inspired (because the candidate commandos did a 140 km walk o.o and a hundred did it) so I did a 20 min walk xD but close enough since I think I did all exercise which I call a day!

Wow it's been long. A piece of wisdom- work progressively , be patient , be strong and commit if you want to be fit. I've been doing push-ups , 30 sec-1 min plank 3 sets , starting doing dips , gonna do squats and... during cardio day a long jog. I'm also doing a yoga and some kicking a punching (like martial arts) , it's been awesome! Gonna continue this works ! I've been eating healthy but I lack vegs because of lack of time prep so I'm dependent with fruits and healthy grocery stuffs. I'm also focusing on my resting time because I'm depriving sleep -_- but I'm gonna go cold turkey on that! I'll try to be comp-free to and this will be my last day for the month on PC. No comments? :/ .. nah it's alright xD
