I wake up very early for school(college) I take with me a banana and a crystal light packet. Afterwards Im headed straight to work UNFORTUNATELY the spring water is in the cafeteria with the vending machine(which mind you carries some of my favorite snacks) I try so hard to the point I give myself an excuse as to why I made a purchase...sad isn't it?!?

no it's not, everyone does it It's natural to want junk food because it tastes great. Why not allow yourself one of the things from the machine? We all deserve a treat during the day. If you allow yourself one, and stick to that, you can still have it and not feel bad. Just try and make sure you stick to the one item.

You should start to pack 100 calorie snacks and pack a couple of bottle water to stay away from the vending machines
