I lost 97 lbs but I'm right on my way back up, in search of the 235 lb woman! I don't even think I want to be doing this. I looked at some online strength training. Didn't even do anything just watched some demos of the exercises. Now I'm recoiling and eating everything sweet I can lay my hands on! I sign up for classes and they just depress me. I wish I didn't care like I used to not care what I looked like.

I get cravings when I am not distracted or when I got nothing to do, I just have a staring contest with my blueberry muffin and gummy bears once a month. 97 is really an accomplishment, be proud of yourself by not giving in!

Losing 97lb sounds amazing. That must have taken a great effort and much sacrifice. Don't let that go for naught.

I too have lost a great deal of weight and regained it all back plus more. I can't figure my behaviour out. I desperately want to lose the weight but just don't act on it.
