So I set a goal for myself,
Learn to play hockey, I signed up for adult beginner lessons that start in october, However I am currently sitting at approx 290 pounds, ( I am not the size of a fridge thank you ) I can play football and do decent amounts of cardio but I struggle with cutting weight, I have not lost anything and I cut a ton of crap out of my diet. I am very muscular but I still have a gut I want gone as well as love handles. My big issue is at 5'11 and my body type I should be 230-240 max. and the strain that skating and balancing are gonna do on my joints is gonna be severe. I need advice on what to do. |
