I'm fat and my boobs are too. I have trouble with simple things like posture alone, and I never anticipate working out because any kind of jumping hurts, and my only sports bra is like two sizes too small, and doesn't help the jumping. I've never gotten my back checked out at a chiropractor or orthopedist, but I naturally hunch over so that's definitely an issue.

I want to work my way up for exercise, preferably something I can easily do in my room. What ways have you all out there eased your way into exercise? I used to easily do Insanity, since I had weight training in high school and did Insanity at home as well, but now I face planted the ground from the wagon, and in a worse condition now.

And what kind of sports bras that are really good out there for keeping the girls in control so i don't have to worry about them when it comes to exercise?

Any other advice would be appreciated as well.
Hugs from:

I don't have the large bust problem. In fact, I go the other way, a small bust problem. But because of that I've been forced to find some website that cater to those of us that don't fit the Victoria Secret size range. I like figleaves.com and herroom.com.

I also like pilates videos. I'm not much for yoga, but I think those would probably be good too.

Swimming takes the pressure off but is great exercise. I hate wearing a swimsuit but there is a company called Junonia which makes some great plus size swimwear. I bought one and it is almost like a diving suit only it covers to the elbows and knees--loved it, squished everything tight like a seal.

Also, plain old walking works wonders. I am not large chested but I feel like my weight is strangely distributed and causes weird aches and pains.

I wear a bra and a sports bra. I don't find sports bras very effective.

There's a British brand called "Shock Absorber" that makes some great compression bras. I don't exercise in anything else.

Have faith that if you start small and do any activity consistently, your fitness will improve. A year ago I could only walk (and not very fast!) and now I can run/walk several miles. I'm still fat, but less so, and I'm way more fit!
